By downloading or accessing the SmartEstateApp dashboard or joining a registered Estate within our ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.
While SmartEstateApp digitizes community rulebooks and operations, the enforcement of physical Estate rules (such as traffic, structural limits, or entry conditions) remains solely between you as a resident and your designated Estate Management or Homeowners' Association.
SmartEstateApp provides tools for Automated Service Charge calculation and Invoicing. We do not independently process funds. Your payments are securely routed either to your Management’s designated accounts or via verified third-party gateways. We assume no liability for errors in third-party gateway transfers.
The "Panic Button" and "Emergency Broadcast" features are intended to supplement, not replace, designated national or municipal emergency services (like standard Police or Fire departments). We cannot guarantee instantaneous physical responses by third parties.
When participating in Chat Forums, Polls, or logging Activities within your Estate’s ecosystem via SmartEstateApp, you agree not to submit any defamatory, abusive, profane, highly sensitive, or illegal material.
