2. Data Security & Role-Based Access

We respect the sensitivity of personal addresses and phone numbers. SmartEstateApp utilizes rigid Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) mechanisms. By default:

• Fellow residents cannot see your private contact details.
• Only Executive Committee Members and authorized Estate Managers have access to granular directory data.
• Security personnel at the gate are only shown actionable data necessary for checking in vehicles or validating QR entry codes.

3. Usage Tracking & Intelligence

To improve Estate governance, the system tracks metrics like average visitor verification times at the gate and automated levy payment frequencies. AI-driven dispute resolution engines only process data specific to formal complaints lodged by the user.

4. Live Feeds & CCTV Integration

If your Estate enables CCTV integrations within SmartEstateApp, these visual feeds are strictly accessible by cleared security personnel as mandated by your Estate Bylaws.

5. Content Retention

User data will be retained for as long as you are actively registered as a resident or landlord in your community framework. If you vacate a premises or sell a property, your historical personal identifiable data will be decoupled or anonymized according to local data regulations.
